Wheelin' on Sunday

Don't get your feet wet Todd!!

We got ready Sunday morning and thought we would head out for another
ride before the storms rolled in. Atleast thought we would beat
the storms...We got half way through our ride when it started to sprinkle!
That sprinkle turned into a full blown rain storm. We had two choices ahead of us
we could turn back around and head back the way we came and right into the storm
or we could keep going and head to the main roads but we would have to
cross the bigger part of the creek which was running high and fast!
We chose the later! We got there and two of the girls driving wheelers
didn't want to make the cross by themselves so Todd took
Jeff and one of the other kids across and then came back
to take Samantha,who was crying
"I don't want to go, Its too scary, I don't want to go"
He then brought Shawn and Wade back after they took their wheelers
to get the other two wheelers that were left behind.
Todd turned to me and asked if I could get mine across or if
I wanted him to do it! So being the TUFF girl that I am
I put my feet up on the wheels and took off! I have to admit
it was a tad bit scary but in the same sense it was a BLAST!!
By the time we got back we were all soaked and cold! So we turned the
heat up in the trailer and played a game of Bowling dice.
We had a great weekend. Now if someone would just do my
laundry for me!! Now thats SCARY!!

P.S. Sorry the wheelin pics are very good. Hands were cold and I couldn't
take the pics fast enough!

Wheelin' On Saturday

We Went camping for the long weekend and also did some wheelin'!
We went for a short ride on saturday night with our friends
Shawn and Brittani Nelson and her parents and ran into some snow!
Just like a little boy and a puddle Shawn just couldn't resist heading
right for the snow!! Yep....they got stuck!!

Violin Time

Samantha had her first recital last friday! I was soo sad I didn't get to go

because it was at 3 in the afternoon and i couldn't get the day off.

So I took these pics at her last lesson. Her and her teacher did a duet to

hot cross buns. She also played Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and

Mary Had a Little Lamb. She is doing soo awesome!

We are proud of you Little One!!

Baseball Buddies

The boys had a game last night. They played so hard

The other team got an early lead but we came back in

the third inning and were up by three. The other

team tied it up in the 4th inning. They boys were so tired

but they played hard. We lost by 3.

Austin is an awesome pitcher. He pitched for 3 innings

Way to go Austin.

Jeffery is such a good batter. We had to play against a

left handed pitcher and I think that threw them for a loop

at first! Their coach John calls him Jeter!

And then you have Samantha!

She is the official Bat Girl!

we started at 7:20 and didn't finish until 9:30!

Time for a haircut!

The boys hair was getting a little long and summer is coming (we hope)!
So It was time to cut it off! But before we totally buzzed
it off we decided to give them a mohawk! Now I know what your
thinking....ARE YOU CAZY?? But don't worry it didn't stay long!
I should have done a before and after but I hadn't decided
to do the mohawk until I had already started Jeff's hair!!

Rain Rain

We have gotten A LOT of rain over the last 24 hours and so
Samantha got to pull out her new goulashes that Grandpa Curtis
gave her for her birthday! Aren’t they the cutes goulashes you’ve
ever seen? She was so excited that they look like her cowgirl boots!
