Ok I know that I have said it before but NOW i am doing it!
I am working really hard to lose atleast 25 lbs. I know what you
are all thinking....25 LBS!! But that is the amount that
I have never gottentaken off after having all my kids so it
sounds like a good goal to reach for me!
I am walking everynight for atleast
an hour and its not just a leisure walk. Then I get home and I am
doing 50 crunches, side crunches, leg lifts, push ups, weights for my
arms and then 50 more crunches! I have been at it for a little more
than a week and I have lost 6 lbs!! YEAH!!
