A smile is a smile. Very cute. Aren't you blessed to have another cute little boy.
So cute and I have to say, in my humble opinion, while some smiles might be gas I think others can be pure happiness and contentment!!
It's not gas. When Adam was a baby, he would start to fall asleep and laugh out loud while smiling. I think they remember something from the pre-existence.
