Idaho Nachos are basically Nachos, only instead of using Tortilla Chips you use a baked potato.
Taco meat.
Nacho Cheese, NOT Cheez Whiz!
Olives
Green Onions
Diced tomatoes or salsa.

made with a potato and Idaho is the Potato state!
