Go to Customize, then edit Header. Click on Remove Image. That should get rid of the dots. As for the font, you can either manually change the code (Melissa knows how to do it) or type your name in another program (like photoshop) in the font you want and save it is a JPEG and then add it as an image in Edit Header. Does that make sense? Good luck!
To change my font I manually changed it with a code. Fairly easy I did it mostly by trial and error. You can search for the code names on google then I went into the Edit Header and switched the codes. Again it took a few tries to get what I wanted. It was painful enough that I won't be doing it again anytime soon.
